The Way I See It...

Of course, the Exodus 2006 conference in Indiana is almost indescribable. Know how it feels when you come back from a big adventure and want to make sure everyone feels your excitement? Yeah. Lots of details and images to come..stay tuned. On the same note, there was a Starbucks nestled between 2 corn fields and "The Way I See It" quotes are always fun to read...Starbucks' attempt at sparking conversations in this coffeehouse culture. I smuggled 2 of the cups home with me, simply because I enjoy what they say, both paralleling different areas of my journey right now. Here they are...

"The Way I See It #135"

Wrangling fear is the biggest challenge the world faces now and the challenge we all face, now and again, at our crossroads, in the dark moments, at those times we are asked to compromise, at those times when we know deep down that we must revolutionize our own lives."
Holly Morris author of "Adventure Divas: Searching the Globe for a New Kind of Heroine."

"The Way I See It #138"
The good life is the middle way between ambition and compassion, between action and reflection, between company and solitude, between hedonism and abstinence, between passion and judgment, between the cup of coffee and the glass of wine."
Jay McInerney author of "Bright Lights, Big City and the Good Life."
